(1/5) Purchased a tanzanite loose stone from Roberto’s Jewelers in Cozumel on Feb 12, 2025 for 120 USD. Was told it came from a mine that is now closed. Just brought it to a gemologist and jewellery in Canada to have a gold ring made and low and behold the stone is fake. Very disappointed that someone would scam tourists. Buyer beware

(5/5) We discovered Roberto's on a recent trip. Their jewelry is beautifully crafted. We purchased two items. What is spectacular is that inenof the items had an issue with the clasp once we got home. We had absolutely no problems. Roberto's stood behind their work and repaired the bracelet. Overall i woild say if you are looking for beautifully made jewelry look no further than Roberto's!
