The staff were very helpful and honest about the stones they offer, pointing out which pearls were man made vs real, topaz that looks like Tanzanite and can be passed as Tanzanite but costs less. We saw an advertisement on our cruise for a topaz pendant with an Omega necklace and I was able to get it for even less than advertised because they advertised the longer chain and I wanted a shorter one. They had a topaz pendant I planned to get but for $20 more I was able to get the pendant plus earrings. Gorgeous pieces that I'm thrilled with. The Omega chain has a wonderful box clasp that is so easy to use! Great experience!

(5/5) Lovely no pressure experience! I knew I wanted a stunning tanzanite band and that is exactly what the staff showed me. They did upsell me, but it was welcomed because who doesn’t want bigger?! My local trusted jeweler appraised my piece for much more than what I purchased my item for.I love shopping at this location each time I am in port, it was a great experience.

(1/5) Bought a white gold wedding band, they said it had 6.1 grams of 14k gold in it, got it home and the ring only wieghts 4 grams. not to mention there price was higher than diamonds international. dont recommend buying from them.

(1/5) I hate to write a bad a review especially on Mexican territory!!but a few hours ago I walked in to buy gold chain for my husband . But evidently because of the color of my skin the woman would not even look at me in the eye she ignored me as I walked into the store and said I could not even see the diamond rings what a shame !!! And one more thing I will translate to Hebrew to let owner now know what kind staff they hire!!!
