(5/5) Hace unos días compré un anillo de coral negro en esta joyería durante una visita a Cozumel. Lamentablemente, con el tiempo el anillo se abrió, pero al contactar a la joyería, su atención fue excelente desde el primer momento. Fueron muy amables y atentos en todo el proceso, y sin poner ningún pero me enviaron otro anillo hasta donde vivo. Se nota cuando un lugar no solo vende calidad, sino que también se preocupa por sus clientes, incluso a la distancia. ¡Mil gracias por el excelente servicio y la amabilidad! Muy recomendados.

(5/5) Was in Cozumel when we bought my bracelet. Just a few days after returning home to the US my bracelet broke. I took pictures that included the receipt. I immediately got a reply back via Facebook. They gave me the option to have it repaired or replaced. The replacement was shipped quickly via FedEx & arrived ahead of schedule. Very happy they were easy to work with. They stood behind their work & made sure I was happy.

(5/5) I stop here every time I'm in Cozumel. I love the folks that work here! They always remember us. The pieces I've purchased here are one of a kind and a WOW when I wear them. I buy here over the big chains that the cruise lines push, prices are so much better and no pushy sales people.

Not only do they have beautiful, unique pieces, but you will get the most amazing service and a fascinating history lesson. The multi generational family owners are some of the nicest people I’ve met. Highly, highly recommend!

(5/5) The selection of gems are extraordinary, spectacular, flamboyant, and diverse. You do not feel like you are forced to buy. You allowed to take your time to peruse without obligation. They also willing to assist but never become to eager to make a sale. Once inside the shop you will definitely not leave empty handed. Here there is everything you possibly would like or to give as a gift. Definitely a place to go and pay a visit. It really appears to be the hidden gem of Cozumel! A bit difficult to find at first. Adored this shop.

(1/5) i was in cozumel in Feb and paid for a silver Elephant i was told i would receive it in 2 weeks in the US A i have emailed them 4 times, they emailed us and wanted us to buy some silver candler holder, so i reply back to them on their email address. this is the end of March. They must not read their mail.
