(5/5) One of our favorite places in Cozumel! We always have lunch at Poncho’s Backyard Downtown and then walk back towards the port. Along the way we always stop in and buy some Effy Jewelry at this store. I highly recommend shopping here for great service and amazing pieces!!!

(5/5) Great service, great jewelry at reasonable prices. No pressure sales team. I bought matching diamond channel white gold rings from this store on two separate visits and was rewarded for my loyalty.

(1/5) We purchased 2 rings on a cruise and were told we had 30 day guaranteed for returns, and if we found a better price, they would match it. Well the next day while still on the cruise I changed my mind on one of the rings and went back to have them refund it.they still had the rings in there possession because they were going to be sized at the next port. When I went to get a refund, they kept on saying no no no you couldn't get a refund, but they went on saying if we didn't like it, then we could get a refund. Very very pushy, and didn't want to honor the refund. But after back and forth for about 30 minutes, the manager finally agreed, and I was given a refund on the one ring. However, we were given a bundle deal for the 2 rings. The manager told me that the price for the one ring would be about $500 higher without the bundle. So I agreed because my mom had been looking for that style ring for about 2 years. That ring got sized the next day but it wasn't big enough for her right finger she was going to wear it on but did fit the left. When we picked the ring up they said to come back the next day to pick up the certificate but never got one. I am big on checking prices so I got on the effy website that night while we were still on the ship and I found that ring for $600 cheaper than what the effy on royal Caribbean was trying to charge me. So I went back again the next morning and showed them the price on the website. I again spent about 30 -45min arguing with the manager to honor their price match policy. In the end, he did and I was given a refund. I don't think I would buy from them again simply because they hope you dont do I what I did and make them honor what they say. Always check pricing and the fine print. And don't fall for their pushy sales tactics.

(5/5) Best jewelry experience ever! They gave me way better prices than any of the competitors, their customer service was excellent, and their jewelry designs are absolutely gorgeous. If you're looking for jewelry, you have to visit them 🙂
