(5/5) Wow, need to tell you about this jeweler. We moved permanently to Mazatlán 4 yrs ago. And I looked for a jeweler that I could trust and talk honestly about my expensive heirloom rings, necklaces, bracelets, etc. Most pieces I just didn't want, the others pieces either didn't fit right or I didn't like the design. Well, I found the exact place I was looking for. They gave honest price(s) if I traded with them, they even told me what I could do if I had them redesign the pieces I just didn't like, they sized everything! They are amazing! The pieces I now wear all the time! The best part is, they become your friends. If you have doubts about stopping in, because the location is in the Tourist Golden Zone, you think they price things over the top because of the zone, well, you would be totally wrong! Prices and quality are what I look for, and I do know a little regarding jewelry, I've worked for Kay's Jewerlers and Jared's for years in the USA, you need to stop by the Palace. Just stop by, say hello. Look. You won't regret it.

Jorge is a great part of the wonderful complete service they stand by. They took my mom's wedding rings and turned them into a beautiful ring I now wear. I have been a observer of their service high standards no matter whom they are doing business with.
