(1/5) My best friends & myself along with my fiancée went into their store on March 30th, 2022. We both bought expensive jewelry, a so called “real” Amethyst with diamonds & 14kt gold, and a so called “real” Cartier white gold bracelet with diamonds. When we got back to the states I noticed the gold was peeling off the back of my ring, so I decided to take it to my jewelers. The tested it & everything on that ring was fake! My friend also found out that her very expensive bracelet was fake. We’re sooo upset! Spread the word never to go Diamonds & Gem in Mazatlian, Mexico. They should be out of business!

(1/5) Ordered a 2 rings, put 50% down payment. The rings were produced of a low quality and weren't engraved like requested, so we asked for a refund. They gave us a letter acknowledging of a refund but after looking at credit card statement, never actually received the refund. Now we are disputing it with our credit card provider which has taken an hour of time so far. DIAMANTES DZ GALLERY just down the street was a much better experience. Their jeweler works in house and is fast and reliable.

(2/5) Buyer beware about a pair of “ diamond and 14kt earrings turned out to be gold filled and not diamond even though they swore they were, Reversible chain also not gold like he said only gold plated. Total rip off jewelry is worth about $60 not the $800 we paid. If you go to this shop don’t be fooled by store front. Con artist at there best.
