(5/5) After seeing the Sanchez family jewelry around Los Cabos, I met Rogelio when I stopped in his shop downtown to admire his work. He welcomed me warmly and encouraged me to look through his treasure trove of gemstones. I had already spent the day browsing loose opals at other shops and nothing compared to the price, quality, and variety of Rogelio's selection. I found a few favorites and he said he could build them into a ring for me. He was unbelievably generous with his time and helped me refine the design into something I absolutely love. Overnight, he and his team built the ring, even making an adjustment partway through when I realized I wanted a different stone. The price was beyond fair and the jewelry is so special. When I come back to Los Cabos, Casa de Ópalo will be my first stop. Thank you Rogelio!
