(3/5) I didn’t like anything about this store. The service was terrible and very disorganized. The store itself had a limited selection of charms, and the prices seemed too high for what they offer. On top of that, the staff attended to customers randomly, without any order, which made the experience even more frustrating. I don’t think I would recommend it.

(1/5) Whenever I am traveling to another country, I always buy my wife a pandora charm from that country. While my experience with tax refund is very easy everywhere I have been, my experience at Pandora Cancun was very different. When purchasing the charm, I asked the cashier at the store if I needed to give her my passport for a tax refund receipt. She said there isn’t any need as I just need to take the receipt to the airport counter where they will issue me a tax refund.I took the receipt to the tax refund counter where they told me that I need an RFC number for foreigner. They said that I must request the invoice at the store where I made the purchase.I’m very disappointed that the Pandora representative gave me false information as a result, I didn’t get a tax refund. Your employees that are working a tourist heavy location should really understand the tax refund process. It's unfair for tourist to pay heavy prices for stuff and end up not getting a tax refund because either the employee didn't care to do their job properly or wasn't trained. This reflects poorly on the Pandora brand.I've emailed this store and haven't heard back yet.
