(1/5) What a joke this place is. We stayed at the Sheridan in PVR and won a pair of tanzanite earrings which we were told had a value of $300. Went out of our way to visit this store only to find out that the earrings we were receiving belonged in a gum ball machine. Attached is a picture of what they promised to what you get. I then went over to their display case and found a pair of $200 earrings that were 4 times as large in 925 silver.Stay away from this place and their con artist tactics.

(5/5) My husband and I purchased a lovely Tanzanite necklace here. The price was great and the customer service was excellent. I didn’t feel any pressure to buy anything I didn’t want to. I am always very nervous of being scammed but the workers were genuine and I have a good feeling wearing my necklace.

(1/5) 💍 Chain jewelry store 💎 that partners with cruise lines to get more consumers through their doors. We were on Carnival and our Carnival Insider (shopping guide), Filipe, was not friendly or helpful.This storefront is smaller than their Cabo location and located in the cruise terminal.Our cruise handed out vouchers for free gifts to claim here, but don't expect to get those unless you make an actual purchase.

(2/5) I bought several pieces of diamond jewelry at the Puerto Vallarta store, as they were promoting 9% cash back from the Mexican government, which was a significant discount. They said the Mexican government needed verification of my identity, so they asked for my passport, which I gave them, but it had just expired, so I also provided my CA ID and my military ID. Later, the store manager called me and said he’d spoken to the Mexican government, and they required my birth certificate. So I sent them a photo of my birth certificate. Now, a month later, a so-called Mexican government representative called me asking for more documents, specifically my marriage certificate and my divorce papers because the name on my birth certificate is different from my passport (I got married after I was born). So it was completely unnecessary for me to provide them with copies of my birth certificate and other docs (CA drivers license, military ID and my expired passport), but someone has all that over there. The government representative also said the only document they accept is a passport, but even though they have that, since it’s expired, they won’t accept it. If they only accept passports, I don’t understand why they’re now asking for my marriage certificate and divorce papers. I felt like this is just a means of obtaining more and more of my personal information. SHADY.
