(2/5) I bought two items and honestly wish I had waited. There’s a better selection at the museum if Amber or lagrimas de la selva. They do not greet you when you come in. I bought from the other 2 stores and each one gave me a business card, and super cute wrapping for my items. This store did not. Not even a receipt. Also I noticed that like 2 of the good reviews seem fake. They both have an Italian like name. I think it’s the owners

I purchased an amber ring in 925 and perhaps the overly reasonably price of 800 pesos should of been my warning, but the ring smells of burnt plastic when given the burn test. The sales reps will tell you certificate of authenticity but it doesn’t mean a thing except commission for them. Lesson learned, but proceed with caution folks.

(1/5) La peor atención, respuesta y servicio al cliente, por parte directa del dueño, semejante a la burocracia de oficinas de gobierno. Es lamentable que traten así a sus clientes frecuentes. Nada comparable con VICTORIA Ambar, que siempre tiene una enorme y gran disposición para mantener a sus clientes: coherencia en el trato; se los recomiendo a 700m, en el mismo andador de Guadalupe.

(1/5) BUYER BEWARE MAKE SURE THEY ACTUALLY PLACE YOUR ITEM IN THAT TINY BLUE BAG. She scanned my item to show it was authentic and also showed me a little business card going into the bag BUT BACK AT HOTEL NO ITEM TO BE FOUND.
