(3/5) Wanted a Christmas gift for boyfriend. I was there at 10:30 on Wed. 12/20.. site said it was open. It was closed. I waited 15 min. still noone there. I called the number listed 3 times..no answer I waited until I got to San Felipe from U.S. so it would be extra special! Disappointed! Will try to call again today.I finally got a message after sending one more message to try to get info. She reported that husband had health issues and phone not working. Given the extenuating circumstances, i have upgraded the rating, but it seems that if you have a business, you should respond to messages.

(5/5) The owners here are very nice and very professional. They replaced a watch battery and removed a link from the watchband, while we waited. They also have some beautiful jewelry.
