Tony´s Jewelry – (Cabo San Lucas)

(1/5) I was personally misled by the owner of this store. I initially asked about moissanite, and he claimed he did not sell it. He then tried to convince me that synthetic cubic zirconia was actually “synthetic sapphire” and somehow better than moissanite — which is false.After some small talk, he suddenly brought out a bracelet from the back, claiming it was moissanite and 925 silver. Trusting him, I decided to buy it for 3,600 Mexican Pesos. At first he originally wanted an upwards of 9,000 Mexican PesosWhen I returned home and tested the stones with a diamond tester (which moissanite passes), it failed completely — proving it is cheap CZ, not moissanite.This is a textbook tourist scam. The owner himself swindled me, and I will never trust this store again. Avoid it if you value honesty.

(5/5) We went to around 15 shops over 3 days and regret not stopping at Tony's first. Hands down the best prices for generally the same design.Owner and workers are kind, speak fluent English, and the place is air conditioned.

(5/5) To be honest these guys are amazing. I was doubting whether or not the necklace I had purchased was .950 silver after a friend of mine who is a professional jeweler looked at it and gave me his opinion (without testing it). I went back to speak with Tony and he was never angry or insulted… instead he took me to his jeweler and cut a link of my choice to show me it was not plated and was in fact silver. I felt terrible and Tony only said no worries my main goal is that you are happy and you come back. I will!! What a gentleman… all I could do is leave this recommendation… thank Tony… puro caballero!!

(2/5) Anyone know how to get a hold of Tony? Ordered something in July but haven’t received it. Keep calling the number and email on the card I was given but no response or answer. Just trying to get an update on my custom order so I can receive it without filing a dispute on my card.

Our search ended with Tony. Although he didn't have what we wanted in his expansive inventory, he offered to make the piece within a couple of days.The end result was exceptional! (5/5) Great store and excellent service! Tony and his son have always been service oriented, with nice jewelry and great prices. I've purchased many pieces over the year's. To the person that alluded the silver was fake, depending on your body acids and your sweat, real silver may tarnish on your skin. I know, mine does the same, only after a few hours, but not every time. Keep up the great work Tony!

(1/5) My fiance and I purchased 2 rings from Jony (Tony) assured it was real silver. Ring in under 24hrs turn my finger green. I feel very hurt taken advantage of and ripped off. He said he been open 25 years yet ripping honest people off is not cool. Save your money don't shop here. Karma is a nasty thing .
